A 440-product platform rebuilt in two weeks
XL Biotec’s WooCommerce site had become slow and difficult to manage. Discovery showed that product search and Request a Quote mattered more than checkout. AMS rebuilt the platform with Next.js, Sanity and Vercel. Claude Code helped scaffold components, create migration scripts for 440+ products and map SEO metadata. Our team still defined the product flow, data model, bilingual structure and migration safeguards. A four-to-five-week project was delivered in two weeks with zero downtime, resulting in a faster catalogue and simpler content management.
A full website built around 800+ products migrated from a spreadsheet
FEI needed a complete website, and its entire product catalogue existed only as an Excel file. AMS designed and built the site from scratch, then used AI-assisted scripts to clean, structure and migrate more than 800 products into it. Our team defined the data model and category structure and verified the imported records, so the launch delivered both a new website and a product catalogue the team can actually maintain.
A non-profit website with an AI travel planner built in
Mekong Heritage needed a website that could introduce its work and help visitors plan a trip without a large content team behind it. AMS designed and built the site, then added an AI chat assistant that recommends travel plans from the organisation's own material.
