We provide branding, design, website development, packaging, digital marketing, and related creative services. The exact scope and fees of each project are agreed with clients before work begins.

2. Payments

Projects usually require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due upon delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Ownership

Once full payment is received, clients own the final approved deliverables. AMS retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and will not share it without permission.

5. Limitations

We aim for high-quality results but are not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the services paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
