The Royal University of Bhutan (RUB) engaged our team to deliver a comprehensive brand refresh and strategy to strengthen its global digital presence in the higher education sector. As the country's premier tertiary institution, the university required a modern brand identity design capable of attracting international students and prospective research partners while honoring Bhutan’s core philosophy of Gross National Happiness (GNH). We partnered with RUB to build a unified brand ecosystem across every touchpoint: from high-level corporate identity standards and visual repositioning to corporate communication templates, brand collateral design, and custom website development. We shaped the new corporate identity framework from the ground up, anchoring the university’s brand strategy around strategic archetypes to elevate its global standing. To eliminate visual fragmentation across decentralized member colleges, we developed a cohesive brand system combining clean typography with traditional geometric motifs and Bhutanese symbols. The updated color palette utilizes a refined balance of sky blue and gold tones to reflect academic innovation while honoring Bhutan's rich cultural heritage. This complete corporate identity system injects clear professionalism into the country's leading academic institution.
